Clinical Experience with 0.75% Fluocortin Butylester Cream in Children with Atopic Dermatitis

Abstract

|
0.75% Floucortin butylester cream is a newly developed topical corticosteroid without systemic effects.
We assesed the clinical efficacy and safety of 0.75% flucortin butylester , ream compared to 1% hydrocortisone cream in children with atopic dermtitis. Clinical improvement and clearing of the lesion was observed in 93.3% and 46.7%, respectively. here were no local or systemic side effects with the use of 0.75% fluocortin butylester c ear. We suggested that 0.75% fluocortin butylester cream can be used in chidren effectively and safely.
